Challis Hot Springs Reservation Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2009

Guests making reservation must provide their name, phone number, and address.

To hold the reservation a credit card number must be provided at the time the reservation is made.

Advanced reservations during the summer season (June through September) require a first night deposit at the time the reservation is made. This is a non-refundable deposit.

It is recommended that reservations are made at least one month in advance. Five months or more is recommended for holidays and special events.

Sites are given on the basis of the first request received.

Guests may request a particular site(s), however it is not guaranteed that these sites will be available for the time requested.

Large groups and family reunions require a deposit at the time the reservations are made equal to the first night’s stay for each reserved site. This deposit is non-refundable. Large groups and family reunions may request sites but a deposit must be made 60 days in advance to hold those sites.

For advanced reservations on Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, or the Braun Brothers Music Festival, a three night minimum stay is required.
Cancellation Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2009
Because we are a small business with limited space during the busy summer months we must follow a strict cancelation policy from June through September.
All advanced reservations made for June thru September date are subject to a one day non-refundable deposit.
Reservations made October thru May: must be cancelled 14 days prior to the expected arrival date.
The cancellation fee of the first night’s stay will be charged to the credit card the customer provided when making the reservation.
Challis Hot Springs is not responsible for personal emergencies or weather conditions.
Camping is an outdoor experience therefore we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature
Pet
Policy:
While
we
welcome
most
pets
at
the
Challis
Hot
Springs,
we
ask
that
certain
rules
be
followed
for
the
safety
of
our
guests,
staff,
and
wildlife.
If
you
are
uncertain
how
your
animal
may
react
to
large
groups
of
people,
children,
or
other
animals,
please
remain
control
of
your
pet
at
all
times.
If
you
fail
to
control
your
animal,
you
will
be
asked
to
leave
the
premises.
No
refunds
wil
be
awarded
regardless
of
time
spent
on
the
grounds.

Pets
with aggressive temperments toward
any other animal or person are
not allowed on the premises.

All
pets must be on a leash no longer
than 8 feet in length and under
control of the owner at all times.
This rule applies to all animals
regardless of type, breed, or
temperment.
-
At
no time are pets to be left outside,
unattended by their owners. This
includes, but is not limited
to the owners going to the pool,
office, etc. If you leave the
immediate area of your campsite
so does your pet, otherwise the
pet is to be put inside your
vehicle or camper.
-
Pets
must not make excessive noise
that lessen the quality experience
of other guests.

Owners
are responsible for cleaning
up any messes that their pets
create, no matter how big or
small (e.g., holes, feces, vomit,
etc.).

Pets
are not allowed in the pool areas
or in the Bed & Breakfast.
Large
Group
Policy:
-
All
guests must check with the front
desk before proceeding to the
campground or pools.

Groups
may reserve an entire blocked
section of the campground to
suit their needs. If the section
is not large enough for your
needs, consult the front desk
to purchase additional sites.
(Deposit required to reserve
a block of sites)

After
the group checks in with the
front desk, they will be able
to decide how they want to be
arranged in the reserved sites.
We recommend that the group do
some prior planning and that
their is an individual in charge
or the groups arrangement to
avoid group confusion and inconveniences
to other guests.

Children/pets
are the responsibility of their
parents/guardians, please insure
that your children follow the
rules at all times.
